Now based in Wollombi NSW, Peter Firminger has been building web sites and applications since 1994, specialising in back-end solutions using ColdFusion, database design in SQL or Access and custom content management systems for community, small to medium business and government websites.

Peter hosted, administered and developed Australian Museum Online for a number of years. He also manages a range of client sites such as Planet Ark, Recycling Near You, National Tree Day, Gough & Gilmour and Market Clarity.

Peter co-chaired and manages the Web Standards Group, whose role is to assist in the education of web developers in new technologies and accessibility issues. He was a dirctor of Web Essentials and was also the founding member and Public Officer of the Web Industry Professionals Association Incorporated (WIPA). Peter is an auDA member and was on the auDA 2007 Names Policy Panel. Peter is Vice Chair of the Wollombi Valley Against Gas Extraction Action Group and is on the Wollombi Valley Arts Council Committee.

Webboy uses the management services of Entity Solutions Pty Ltd in Melbourne for all invoicing, GST, payroll etc.
